Josh Engel

Josh obtained his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 1999, and became a partner at GGFL in 2010. In 2019 he assumed the role of Managing Partner of the firm. Professionally, he has had extensive audit experience in the NPO and charitable sector in various roles as a member of the firm’s management team, and as a Partner. On a volunteer basis, Josh recently served as the Campaign Co-Chair of the Jewish Federation of Ottawa’s Annual Campaign. Josh also served as the Treasurer of the Ottawa Tennis and Lawn Bowling Club, and he is the past Treasurer of DFK Canada Inc., the largest independent accounting association in the country. He has also previously served as Treasurer for Camp B’nai Brith of Ottawa and the Tamir Foundation.
