We provide Residence Hospice Care, Bereavement Care, and Community Hospice Care programs such as in-home visits, day hospice and Caregiver Support. Our services meet the highest care standards in a setting that reflects as closely as possible a comfortable home environment.
Hospice Care Ottawa events raise funds to support the programs and services we provide at no charge to individuals living with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Rich in history, our events are a great way to get involved, and share time with your family and friends.
Hike for Hospice Care Ottawa took place on Saturday, May 4th and we are so thankful for the beautiful weather, cherished memories and fun had by all! Thanks to our Fundraising Hikers and their supporters, sponsors, donors and our extra special $50,000 matching donor, the community raised $217,540.23!
What an incredible day we had at this year’s Holes for Hospice golf tournament presented by the Elizabeth Hale Family!
On September 4th 2024, at The Meadows Golf and Country Club, 108 golfers, 21 sponsors, 17 volunteers, and over 80 auction items came together to raise an amazing $40,015 in support of Hospice Care Ottawa! It was a day filled with fun, laughter, and community spirit - a day we will never FORE-get!
Our annual, signature event is back again this November 15 - 17, 2024. Join us in touring exquisite homes decorated for the season by local florists and designers. Plus, you can do your holiday shopping in person at the Holiday Pop-Up Shop featuring, local vendors and artisans, where a portion of all sales benefit Hospice Care Ottawa.
Shine A Light of Remembrance is an annual tradition and our special way to remember people in our lives who have died.
