In Memoriam Donation Honour the memory of someone special who has died with an In Memoriam Donation to Hospice Care Ottawa. The family of the loved one is informed of your gift (the donation amount will not be disclosed to the family). This giving program is an easy way for you to support Hospice Care Ottawa so that we can continue to provide high quality end-of-life care for individuals and their families. Your gift will commemorate a joyous moment, while supporting palliative and end-of-life care - special care that is appreciated by many. By making a donation, the special person you celebrate will receive a card from Hospice Care Ottawa acknowledging the kind gift you've made in their honour (your donation amount will not be disclosed to the recipient).
