Your Feedback

Hospice Care Ottawa (HCO) strives to provide outstanding care to all of its clients in all of our programs and setting. We value and welcome feedback from clients and family members. Feedback includes compliments, concerns, complaints and any inquiries regarding care.

​This feedback will inform improvements to HCO’s hospice palliative care services.

Here are a few ways to provide feedback (compliments, concerns, complaints):

  • Discuss directly with those providing your care e.g. nurses, PSW’s, volunteers)
  • Ask to speak with your care providers supervisor or Manager
  • Contact the Executive Director or the Chair of the Board of Directors
  • Contact Ontario’s Patient Ombudsman (online or by mail)
